キルティング ナイロン シャツジャケット



ピンソニックキルト加工(*1)を施した高密度ナイロンタフタを使用した中綿シャツジャケット。

デザインはシャツですが、CPO的な使い方が出来るようゆとりのあるシルエットに仕上げています。

また袖を2枚袖にし、肘部分にタックを取りボリュームを持たせています。

素材には撥水加工が施されたタフタに、30gの薄い中綿を熱融着でキルト加工をした素材を使用しています。

薄い中綿なので硬さはなく、 中綿の暖かさを実感できる絶妙なバランスに仕上げました。


(*1)ピンソニックキルト加工 柄のついたローラーに生地をかけ、超音波をあて柄を出します。
この製法はミシンを使わずに、振幅運動により熱可塑性素材に摩擦エネルギーを発生させ、熱融着させる加工であるため、仕上げが綺麗で肌ざわりも滑らかです。
縫わずに加工するので、キルティング部分は糸がほつれることもなく、柄も美しく上品な表情を演出します。
また、生地に穴が空かないので風を通しにくく中綿の吹き出しもありません。

Half-zip pullover hoodie using high-density nylon taffeta with pinsonic quilting (*1). Designed as a shirt but can be used like a CPO. Features a relaxed silhouette and a unique sleeve design with the elbow part tucked to give extra volume. The material is water-repellent taffeta and the 30g thin batting is quilted with heat-sealing. Although it is thin, it has a perfect balance that allows you to feel the warmth.


(*1) Pinsonic quilt processing: The fabric is put on a roller with a pattern and ultrasonic waves are applied to create a pattern. This manufacturing method does not use a sewing machine but uses vibrational motion to generate frictional energy in the thermoplastic material and heat-seal it, resulting in a beatiful finish and smooth texture. Since it is processed without sewing, the quilted part does not fray and the pattern creates a beautiful and elegant look. In addition, there are no holes in the fabric so it is difficult for air to pass through and the filling does not blow out.
