ナイロン キルトハーフジップ パーカー




ピンソニックキルト加工(*1)を施した高密度ナイロンタフタを使用した中綿ハーフジップのプルオーバーフーディ。

アノラックのようにアウターとして、またスウェットパーカーのような気軽さの持ち合わせたシルエットとデザインに仕上げています。

裾はスピンドルで調整しブラウジングも可。

また袖を2枚袖にし、肘部分にタックを取りボリュームを持たせたディテールが特徴です。

素材には撥水加工が施されたタフタに、30gの薄い中綿を熱融着でキルト加工をした素材を使用しています。

薄い中綿なので硬さはなく、また薄いですが中綿の暖かさを実感できる絶妙なバランスに仕上げました。



(*1)ピンソニックキルト加工柄のついたローラーに生地をかけ、超音波をあて柄を出します。
この製法はミシンを使わずに、振幅運動により熱可塑性素材に摩擦エネルギーを発生させ、熱融着させる加工であるため、仕上げが綺麗で肌ざわりも滑らかです。
縫わずに加工するので、キルティング部分は糸がほつれることもなく、柄も美しく上品な表情を演出します。
また、生地に穴が空かないので風を通しにくく、中綿の吹き出しもありません。

A half-zip pullover hoodie made of high-density nlyon taffeta with pinsonic (*1) quilting. Features a silhouette and design that is easy to use just like a sweatshirt. The hem can be adjusted with the attached spindle and the tuck on the elbows add extra volume. The material is water-repellent taffeta and 30g thin batting is quilted with heat-sealing.


(*1) Pinsonic quilt processing: The fabric is put on a roller with a pattern and ultrasonic waves are applied to create a pattern. This manufacturing method does not use a sewing machine but uses vibrational motion to generate frictional energy in the thermoplastic material and heat-seal it, resulting in a beatiful finish and smooth texture. Since it is processed without sewing, the quilted part does not fray and the pattern creates a beautiful and elegant look. In addition, there are no holes in the fabric so it is difficult for air to pass through and the filling does not blow out.
